Very central location was a plus. The unit we got was big size with coffee maker, a lovely view, as for instance.

Marvellous central location near to the Old Town as well as famous church. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Vitabar.

The location was absolutely perfect as it was close to restaurants and bars. There was variety of restaurants and bakeries nearby to try. The traditional English breakfast had variety of delicacies and was sumptuous.  

The room is quiet and luxurious and essentials you need, including a balcony and a coffee maker, is right there.

Reasonably priced food, we did not want to leave.

Booked this for our trip and it met needs well. The weather was wonderful, had quite comfortable stay. Got twin room when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. The staff was courteous, provided

This ideal, fairly clean property has delicious traditional English breakfasts and incredibly welcoming staff. The hotel is situated in the very central location right in the town center.

Everything was good, met every demand, and the stuff where polite people with the member of staff. The location was marvellous for Reykjavik, close to downtown for clubbing, and all the relevant bus

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the location great. The breakfast was excellent. We had to change hotels during our trip and didn't care for that hotel's breakfast or value so we went 

Well, it was a really really nice stay on vacation. It was in the very central location right on main shopping street in Reykjavik.

Great location on a busy street near shops, bars, and restaurants. Comfy beds with blackout curtains. Convenient bus stops nearby. Lovely bar, restaurant, and lobby. Enjoyable outdoor hot tub. Fast lifts. Excellent heating. In-room kettle 

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alda. We would highly recommend it to others. The staff was fantastic and location great!

Similar with most hotels in the city, parking is an issue if you have a car. Ask the staff for advise as they can help. :)

The hotel with well-appointed rooms, in a pedestrian area, to a pick up stop for tours. Magnificent and fab location for our visit to Parking not too far away from the venue.
